We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service.

RETAIL PRODUCT POLICY
We want you to love the products recommended by your stylist. While we do not offer refunds on retail purchases,
unused and unopened products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a receipt.
For sanitary reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
